He is survived by: his wife Beulah Lowe; his children, Kevin and Susan; his grandchildren, Crystal Lowe, Paige Rees, Savanna Blevins, Keaton Lowe and Ashton Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Piper Neeley, Kole Rees, Brayden, Madelyn Blevins and Easton Lowe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
