He was predeceased by : his parents, Kinnard Potter and Eunice Potter; and his nephew Greg Potter. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Potter; his daughter Deborah Potter Combs; his grandson Michael HiJDuk; his brother Clayton Eugen Potter (Thelma) of Big Rock, VA; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer (Jerry Stacy), Sharon (Michael Nelson) and Karen (Richie Nelson). He is also survived by two step granddaughters, one step grandson, one great granddaughter, and one great grandson.
