It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dulcie Clara Smith of Richlands, Virginia, born in Swords Creek, Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Dye and Elizabeth Perkins Dye; her husband Kelly Smith, Jr.; her siblings, Minnie Cruey, Hassel Dye, Clifford Dye, Exie Hicks, Maxine Summerland and Clinton Dye; and her children, Wanda Shinault of Roanoke, VA, Donald L. Smith (Kim) of Piney Flats, TN and Roger K. Smith.
