She is survived by: her husband Denvin Hays (Denny); her son Corey A. Boyd (Nikki) of Wardell, VA; her stepdaughter Sara Cole (Andrew) of Murfreesboro, TN.; her grandchildren, Chaz E. Boyd and Kian E. Boyd; and her siblings, Debbie Muir of Richlands, VA, Jan Compton (C. B.) of Richlands, VA and Claude Gary Hess.
A burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:30 PM. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Greenhills Memory Gardens (11800 Gov G C Peery Hwy, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a local animal shelter.
