She is survived by: her husband Edward; her children, Christina Fields (Robert) and Martie Horn (Valerie); her grandchildren, Cassaundra Proffitt (Matt), Alexa Horn, Hanna Horn, Abby Horn and Sadie Horn; and her great grandchildren, Genevieve Proffitt and Mirabelle Proffitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
