He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Cantrell and Bernice Maxine Rose Cantrell; his brothers, Jerry, Roger, Ronald and Johnny Cantrell; and his sister-in-law Doris Cantrell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Bowman (Bradley) of Hillsville, VA, Patricia Cantrell of Galax, VA, Phyllis Justice (Mike) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Carol Lowe of Swords Creek, VA; and his close friends, Vivian Honaker and Chastidy Estep A.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
