He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stiltner and Helen Wallace Stiltner; his son Troy Stiltner; and his siblings, Pearl Hamilton and Kenneth Stiltner.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Stiltner (MeRranda) of Richlands, VA and Brian Stiltner (Jessica) of Richlands, VA; his siblings, Cathy Perkins (Delmer) of Jewell Ridge, VA, Teresa Compton (Mike) of Richalnds, VA, Brenda Vencill (Nelson) of Raven, VA. and Henry Stiltner (Connie) of Jewell Ridge, VA.; and his grandchildren, Austin Stiltner, Alyx Stiltner, Shalyn Stiltner, Abagayil Stiltner, Brayin Stiltner, Ava Stiltner and Kynlei Stiltner.
