He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ellis Cook, Sr. and Lovella Patton Cook; and his brother James Dean Cook. He is survived by: his close friends, Dave Harris, Clyde Roberts and Ricky Brown; and his sister Frances Julia Brooks (Michael) of Manassas, Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641).
