She was predeceased by: her parents, Denny Audrey Monk and Bessie Louise Ball Monk; her husband Ernie L. Horton; and her brother Richard Monk. She is survived by: her brothers, Paul David Monk of Pounding Mill, VA, Larry Monk (Vicki) of Seneca, SC, Phillip Wayne Monk (Myrtle Ann) of Swords Creek, VA and Roger Thomas Monk of Richlands, VA.
