He is survived by: his children, Melissa Keen (Dwayne) of Cedar Bluff, His and Justin (Sandra); his grandchildren, Austin Keen of Cedar Bluff and Madison Keen of Cedar Bluff; the mother of his children Sharon Rife of Jewell Ridge; his daughter-in-law Tammy Cruey; his sisters, Elouise Cooper of Galax, VA, Anita Cicala of Greencastle, PA and Doris Ruscio of Woodlawn, VA; and his caregivers, Chad Hurley, Tangie Scarberry, Carrie Matney, Anjelica Peace, Carolyn Street and Rhonda Westbrook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
