It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Henry Farmer of Richlands, Virginia, born in Buchanan, Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Farmer and Beulah Yates Farmer; and his wife Susan Carol Farmer. He is survived by : his children, Kevin Stevens of Morristown, TN, Amber Boyd (Steve) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Tammy Tittle (Danny) of Bristol, TN, Shannon Lee (Henry) of Richlands, VA, Gina Stiltner (Nick) of Pounding Mill, VA and Vicki Cline (Mike) of Estill Springs, TN; his mother-in-law Dorothy Rowe; his siblings-in-law, Darrell Rowe, Anthony Rowe and Loretta Jewell (Jamie); his grandchildren, Caleb Boyd, Hannah Boyd, Aimee Street (Thomas Boothe), Jordan Lee (Lindsey), Alyssa Lee, Maddi Hall, Kendall McReynolds (Kane), Adrienne Poole (Joel), Kristen Andrews (Walter), Gillian Schecter (Sam), Mickey Stevens, Zac Tittle (Brittany) and Kenzie Tittle; his great grandchildren, Mason Boothe, Damon Boothe, Levi McReynolds, Eliza McReynolds, Stella McReynolds, Laeli Tittle, Willow Andrews and Kenna Schecter; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
