He is survived by: his wife Jackie Sharrone Patrick; his children, Jacqueline "Sissy" Patrick Addison (Darrell), Joseph Christopher "Chris" (Laynn) and John Chadwick "Chad" (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Bridgette Patrick Keene (Allan), Mallory Addison, John Chadwick Patrick, Jr. (Brianna), William Patrick Addison (Komal), Christopher Blake Patrick, Zachary Morgan Patrick (Whitney) and Dustin R. White (Allie). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
