He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Patrick and Victoria Dye Patrick; and his siblings, Virginia Comer, Emma Jean Pruett, Louise Dye, Flora Patrick, Shirley Wilson and George W. Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Sharrone Patrick; his children, Jacqueline "Sissy" Patrick Addison (Darrell), Joseph Christopher "Chris" (Layne) and John Chadwick "Chad" (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Bridgette Patrick Keene (Allan), Mallory Addison, John Chadwick Patrick, Jr., William Patrick Addison (Komal), Christopher Blake Patrick, Zachary Morgan Patrick (Whitney) and Dustin R. White (Allie). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Singleton Funeral and Cremation Service (1116 Cedar Valley Dr, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
