He is survived by: his wife Candice Monk of Richlands, Virginia; his children, Sabrina Holmes of Pounding Mill, Virginia and Charlie Monk II; his daughter-in-law Lyndsey Monk of Richlands, Virginia; his sister Betty Fullen of Richlands, Virginia.; and his close friend Steve Dye of Richlands, Virginia.. He is also survived by his family, friends, and former coworkers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
