He is survived by: his children, Vonda Mullins (Walt Wroaten) of Cedar Bluff, Virginia and Daniel Mullins (Rebekah) of Whitewood, Virginia; his sister Faye Hatfield (Elza) of White Mountain, Virginia; his sister-in-law Ola Joyce Mullins; his grandchildren, Connor Buskill (Victoria), Devin Mullins (Hannah), Landon Mullins and Brannon Mullins; and his great grandchild Weston Buskill. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
