She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Victor VanDyke, Jr.; her brother Lucas Horn; and her grandmothers, Ilene Sanders and Lona Boyd VanDyke. She is survived by: her mother Adrine Sanders VanDyke Horn of Richlands; her children, Ryan Meade of Richlands, Adam Meade of Richlands and Julianna Meade of Pennsylvania; her siblings, Joshua VanDyke (Sarah) of Richlands and Linda Dye of Richlands, Virginia; her nephew Isaiah VanDyke; and her niece Hailey VanDyke.
