He is survived by: his wife Frances Monk; his children, Rhonda Fuller (John Ramsey), Jerrie Teets (Dan) and William Monk II; his siblings, Bobby Monk (Sherry), Pearl Sargent (Tom), Martha Herndon and Tina Garman; and his close friends, Lonnie Davis, Larry Davis and Mike Boyd. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
