He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob Horn and Lutishia Perkins Horn; his significant other Lovis Webb Horne; his daughter Patricia Ann Kinder; his siblings, Virgie Matney, Patty Stiltner, Flora Belle Stiltner, Mae Horn, Elizabeth Shelton, Ernest Horn, Ira John Horn, Squire Hurley Horn, Edward Horn, Harvey Joshua Horn, Hayes Horn and Andrew Chester Horn; his daughter Judy Horne Hicks (Frank) of Winchester, KY; his son-in-law Leonard Kinder, Jr. of Stafford, VA; and his grandchildren, Barry Todd Kinder (Natalie) of Stafford, VA, Dr. Lisa Hicks of Providence, RI and Adam Hicks (Paige) of Lexington, KY. He was also cherished by his 12 siblings, his children, grandchildren.
