He is survived by: his parents, Carice Smith and Wayne Smith; his grandparents, Martha "Mimi" Creighton and Jackie "MeMe S" Smith; his brother Jason Smith; his aunt Caryn; his uncles, Josh Montagnino and Curtis Creighton; his cousins, Jenna, Lyndsey and Kenley Martin; his nephews, Kyle Higginson, Logan Smith and Liam Smith; his niece Natalie Higginson; and his cousins, Les and Elizabeth Smith (family: Barry, Bernie Smith, Beth Harris). He is also survived by family, Barry and Bernie Smith and family.
