She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker R. Spinks and Ann P. Spinks. She is survived by: her brothers, W. Robert Spinks of Midlothian, VA and John W. Spinks of Mill Spring, NC; her niece Allie S. Schiltz; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Stoller Schiltz of North Chesterfield and Arden Schiltz of North Chesterfield. She is also survived by relatives, friends.
