She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Gottron and Anna Gottron; and her siblings, Fran, Norm, Shirley, Elta, Bobbie, Margie and Lorrie.

She is survived by: her children, Loretta "Lori" Stevens (Ken) and Richard Szymanski; her adoptive son Shawn McNamara; her grandchildren, Kellie Dreelin (Jules), Erin Adams (Will), Eric Szymanski (Morgan), Jake Szymanski (Brooke), Malory Reekes (Josh) and Killian Stevens (Alexandra); and her great grandchildren, Darryl Reekes and Baby Szymanski.
