He is survived by: his children, Anthony Bryant Mangum, Jr. (Skip), Creighton Wrenn Mangum (Amy) and Dr. Charlotte Mangum Wincott (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ian McKeown Mangum, Caroline Wrenn Mangum, Wolfgang Anthony Wincott and Alice Paige Leland; and his great grandchild Nyle McKeown Mangum.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (3215 Cutshaw Ave, Richmond, VA 23230).
