He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Manning and Eloise Manning. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Tony Jr. (Jennine), Shaun (Tammy) and Nichole (Anthony Ashe); and his grandchildren, Justin, Mirabel, Amani and Noble.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Manning Funeral Home (700 N 25th St, Richmond, VA 23223). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Manning Chapel (700 N 25th St, Richmond, VA 23223).
