He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Bellottie; and his parents, Herb Bellottie and Helen Hurst Bellottie. He is survived by: his children, Brian Smith (Nicole) and Michelle Kramer (Bob); his grandchildren, Patricia, Sierra, Stacy and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Bentley and Sophia; and his brother-in-law Brad. He is also survived by two sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews.
