She is survived by: her husband David Michael Vejnar; her children, Kaylee Elizabeth Hale, Colby Forest Haydt, Michael Angelo Vejnar and Jenevieve Makenna Vejnar; her parents, Michael Anthony Cuccia, Sr. and Cynthia Renee Simmons; and her brother Michael Anthony Cuccia, Jr. (Kayleen Fisher-Cuccia). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, Godchildren.
