She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin J. Thomason and Nannie Campbell Thomason; and her husband Donald Hoover Currie. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Currie (Janet) and Ron Currie; her granddaughter Kristina Currie; and her sister Frances Stefonich. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A committal service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rosewood Memorial Park (631 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462).
