She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Norris and Beatrice Norris; her brothers, Irvin E. Norris and Musa Rashada; her daughter Lisa Jackson; and her siblings-in-law, Randolph, Roscoe Banks (Bessie), Roger, Elmer, Walter, Bobby, Andrew, Jimmy Jackson, Mary Thomas (Tom), Barbara Dent and Francis Dillard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Lewis (Winfred, Sr.), Patricia Lacy (Mark, Sr.) and Sylvia Daniel (Timothy, Sr.); her grandchildren, Winfred Jr. (Tenika), Jasmine, Mark Jr. (Adara), Patrice (Cedric), Tamia and Timothy Jr.; her great grandchildren, Emorie, Eliza and Grayson; her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Wood, Annie Banks, Carlotta Jackson, Sharon Bryant and Thomas Banks (Charlie); and her nephews, David and Mike. She is also survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mimms Funeral Home (1827 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224).
