He is survived by: his children, Benny L. Starks Jr., LaTonja R. Starks and Sammie T. Starks; his siblings, Mable Hawkins, Shirley Feggans, Viola Feggans, Lawrence Feggans and Nathaniel Feggans; and his friend Keith Haynes. He is also survived by loving extended family, including nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
