We are sad to announce that, on May 28, 2024, Bernard Puckett (Richmond, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Bernard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bernard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu Puckett; his daughter Debbie Weatherford (Craig Jonigan); his grandson Adam Weatherford; his sister-in-law Diane; and his close friend Matt Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Masonic Home of VA, 500 Masonic Ln, Richmond, VA 23223 or Children's Hospital of Richmond, 2924 Brook Rd, Richmond, VA 23220.
