She is survived by: her sister Laura Swain (Bishop James Swain, Sr.); her siblings-in-law, Joyce Williams, David Outlaw and William Greene; her daughter Wanda Garrard (Jason); her grandchildren, Kimisha, Kameron, Elijah, LaQuan and Jermar; and her great grandchildren, Taiyler, Trinity, Mariyah and Angel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and family and friends.
