Bertha Mayton Burke Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha Mayton Burke of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on July 30, 2022 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sons, G. Scott Burke and H. Penn Burke (Victoria); and her grandchildren, Catherine B. Potter, Heather B. Craven, Douglas S. Burke and Bonnie B. Ball. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held, 10 am Wednesday, August 3 at The Church of the Holy Comforter, Richmond VA. with Covid Mask Protocol in place, Private Interment. (and yes, we can hear Milton saying "can you believe how much they paid for this?").
