She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J Wagner; her siblings, Dwain and Delores; her brother-in-law Wayne Belanger; and her parents, Emil Werch and Esther Werch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Horner (Donald) of Chesterfield and Deborah Suhr (Michael) of Front Royal; her grandchildren, Aaron, Ryan (Esther), Kaylin Horner, Evan, Jordan, Bethany Suhr and Hannah Arotzarena (Zachary); her great grandchildren, Aubrey and Noah Horner; and her sister-in-law Donna Werch of Ripon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
