She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Chappelle and Annie Mae Chappelle; her son Jerome Frank; her husband Leonard Frank; her daughter Alma Murphy (Elijah Murphy Sr); and her grandchildren, Delesha Lewis and Marviss Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Lewis (Irwin), Beverly Hayes (Thomas) and Deborah Frank; and her aunt Booney. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
