She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Wayne Holt; and her parent Thomas Harper Smith. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Patterson Grieve; her sons, Justin Wayne Holt and Jamie Whit Holt; her daughters-in-law, Candace Jacqueline Holt and Cameron Elliott Holt; her granddaughters, Eleanora Fae Holt, Ruby Kay Holt and Summer Kay Holt; her siblings, Gary Steven Smith (Cherie Stephens Smith) and Stacey Smith Martin; her niece Tami Martin Wood (Robert Wood); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Maci Noelle Wood and Rylee Aspen Wood.
The family suggests that memorial contributions in memory of Bonnie be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, http://www.alz.org., in honor of Bonnie who battled this disease with dignity and grace.
