He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Davis Morgan; his sister Patricia Margaret Caslake; and his parents, Leonard Henry Morgan and Margaret Catherine Morgan. He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Morgan Vig (Greg) of Doswell and Elizabeth Morgan Guy (Danny) of Montpelier, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Dylan Guy, Morgan Vig, Tyler Guy and Jordan Vig; and his siblings-in-law, Cran Davis, Jim Caslake and Nat Davis (Jenny).

A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's United Methodist Church (15599 Mountain Rd, Montpelier, VA 23192).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's United Methodist Church, WHEAT (Western Hanover Emergency Action Team), or Hanover Habitat for Humanity.
