He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moore and Margaret Moore. He is survived by: his wife Patrice; his daughter Rebecca; and his cousin Joanne Austin. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (4000 Pilots Ln, Richmond, VA 23222).
The family is requesting no flowers. Memorial gifts may be made to Laurel Hill Global Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
