He was predeceased by: his wife Doris W. Beard; and his grandson Chad S. LaClair. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Stockner (Ed Davidson), Linda LaClair (Mick Leake) and Robin Pierce (Steve Pierce); and his grandson Mason LaClair (Mike Drake).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
