He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Williams Sr. and Lucille Grace Naggs (Naggs); and his wife Patricia Ann Williams. He is survived by: his children, Heather Williams, Deborah Harris, Eddie Williams, Chuck Williams and Robin Renninger; his grandchildren, Malia Stainback, Zachary Harris, Dylan Cecil, MaKayla Orth and LJ Baskerville; and his great grandchild Madison Stainback.
