She is survived by: her sons, Bryan (Sally), David and Steven (Tricia); her grandchildren, Derek, Anna, Harrison (Kate), Sadie, Griffin, Hunter, Beau, Bryce and Kristie; her great grandchildren, Gabriel and Grace; and her brother P. G. West, Jr. (Gen) of Surry County.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Surry Baptist Church (76 Church St, Surry, VA 23883).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Guide Dogs for the Blind.
