He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis T. Booker and Nancy Brogden Booker. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom (Diana Lynn), Frances (Eric) and John; his aunts, Cynthia Booker and Constance Moe; and his uncle Don Moe. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
