He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Albert Cooper and Mable C. Cooper; and his siblings, Clarence, Donald Cooper, Eleanor Turpening and Louise Dunsmoor.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dutcher Cooper; his children, Jill Seibert (Brad), Kurt Cooper, Jeff Cooper (Lori) and Brad Cooper (Bernadette); and his grandchildren, Jen Huppe, Alison Sanders, Jonathan Seibert, Michael Cooper, Ross Cooper, Scott Cooper, Melanie Cooper, Steve Cooper, Jeremy Cooper, Carly Cooper-Piccola, Lydia Coyne, Kelly Cooper, Josh Cooper and Amanda Cooper.
