He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillian (Kimball) and Daniel, Sr.; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Eli, Archer and Sawyer; his wife Patricia (Galle) of Midlothian, VA; his children, Erin and Michael (Melissa); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Joseph, Kailyn, Taylor, Michael and Connor; his sister Donna; and his sister-in-law Roseanne (Galle). He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to St. Gabriel's Knights of Columbus - Independent Hose company, Dumont Fire Department, New Jersey – Colorectal Cancer Alliance (http://www.ccalliance.org) be made in Dan's honor.
