He is survived by: his wife Georga Smith; his children, Dan Williams III, Mark Williams (Alston) and Frances White (Chuck); his grandchildren, Margaret Hollingsworth (Cooper), Wallace Williams, Dyson White (Ali), Anna Richards (Stephen), William White and Joseph White; his great grandchildren, Emmy Hollingsworth, Macon Hollingsworth, Wes Hollingsworth, Frank White, Bruce White and June Richards; and his sister Peggy Brockenbrough (Austin).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Episcopal Church (12291 River Rd, Richmond, VA 23238).
