He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Elizabeth and Charles Thomas Brown, Jr.; his siblings, Cynthia Ann Brown and Charles Thomas Brown III; and his wife Carole Ann Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Denise Silver of Richmond, Neil Alan Brown and Laura Alice Larkin (Tim) of Sandy Hook, VA; his granddaughter Rachel Elizabeth Tinsley (Brad) of Cabot, AR; his children, Amber Nichole Douglas (Clayton) of Kings Mountain, NC, Thomas Hale Larkin of Sandy Hook, VA and Elijah Ethan Brown of Searcy, AR; and his great grandchildren, Addison Nicole, Audrey Nora Douglas, Braedon William and Rowan James Tinsley.
