He was predeceased by: his significant other Jacqueline'Jackie'Moore; his parents, Frank Moore, Sr. and Nola Blanche Moore; his siblings, Frank Moore, Jr., Hayes Moore, Betty Jean Crabtree, Glenna Curd, Caroline Pauley and Florence Long; and his grandson Christopher Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Imburg (Brian), Candy Malkowski (Skitter) and David Moore, Jr. (Julie); his grandchildren, Rachel Beverly (Xavier), David Imburg (Miri), Hannah Rose Imburg, Melissa O'Dea (Michael), Stacy Cloninger (Beeri Vasquez) and Beth Bass; his great grandchildren, Lawson Beverly, Oliver'Ollie'Imburg, Kaitlyn Bass, Jacob Bass, Christopher Wiseman (Taylor), Shawn Wiseman, David Wiseman, Nathan Wiseman, Victoria Cloninger and Zachary Cloninger; his great great grandchildren, Brayden Wiseman, Izabella Wiseman, Raelyn Wiseman, Hayden Maurer, Seth Ramirez and Sabastian Castillo; and his sister Eva Rosenbaum (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
