He is survived by: his mother Blanchie Arnold of Dinwiddie, VA; his son Berkley Williams III; the parent of his child Lucritia; his brothers, Milton Thorpe of Carson, VA and Calvin Ellis (Casandra) of Chester, VA.; his uncle Dea; his aunts, Louise Bland of Petersburg, VA., Mary Jackson of Petersburg, VA., Pamela Thorpe of Petersburg, VA., Gale Winfield of Chesterfield, VA., Frances Burns of Chesterfield, VA. and Cecelia Thorpe of Chesterfield, VA.; and his cousins, Victoria Baker, Martha Moore, Larry Evans, Brenda Williams and Gwen Williams. He is also survived by three uncles, two aunts, and several cousins.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Petersburg Chapel (530 S Sycamore St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Olive Branch Baptist Church (11119 Boydton Plank Rd, Dinwiddie, VA 23841).
