Debra D. Williams Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 7, 2023, at the age of 76, Debra D. Williams (Richmond, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamner Garrett and Vivian Garrett; her husband Earl Williams; her brother-in-law Leonard Johnston; and her son-in-law Scott Harris.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Williams-Harris, Terry Miller (John Reid) and Amy Henderson (Walter); her siblings, Susan Johnston, Gil Garrett (Cynthia), Denis Garrett (Janine) and Kenny Garrett (Beth); her grandchildren, Logan, Thomas Miller, Lauren, James, Olivia and Emma Henderson; and her close friend Robert Allen. She is also survived by many extended family including nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VCU Parkinson's and Movement Disorder Center, American Cancer Society, or St. Augustine's Catholic Church.
