He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Berman and Florence Berman; his brother Michael Rubin; his brother-in-law John Beck; and his daughter Neshamah Beck-Berman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cantor Sarah Beck-Berman and Rachel Beck-Berman; his brother Jack Berman (Michele Berman); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Schneider, Paul Beck (Nancy Kronenberg) and Sasha Kariel (Frank Tomas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
