He is survived by: his sister Gloria Irene Grant (Virginia) of Chesapeake; his children, Bruce (Gigi) of Tucson and Laurie Grant Nichols (Scott) of Atlanta; his granddaughter Christina Page Nichols of Atlanta; his niece Julie Harrell Impellitteri (Chris) of Gainesville, Georgia.; and his wife Bobbi of Richmond's Ginter Park.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home - Central (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hollywood Cemetery (412 S Cherry St, Richmond, VA 23220).
He was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity and received a Woodrow Wilson Foundation scholarship in recognition of superior academic accomplishment and outstanding citizenship.
