She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Earl Headley, Sr.; her parents, Nellie C. Vincent and James A. Vincent; and her brother Ralph Vincent (Eleanor Vincent). She is survived by: her children, Leon "Chip" Headley, Jr. (Nikki) and Lisa Marie Fleenor (Rick); her grandchildren, Tasha Kelley (Angelo), Dustin Headley (Kaytee), Holly Guy (Thomas), Lexy McLane (Spencer) and Zane Headley; and her great grandchildren, Bryson, Kylah, Addison, Ellayah, Graelyn, Parker, Dawson, Guliana, Ava and Mia. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
