It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Richard Kinder (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on January 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Richard Kinder to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Kinder and Hazel Kinder; and his brothers, Gene, Harold and Jerry.

He is survived by: his wife Gail Pearsall Kinder; his sons, Douglas R. Kinder (Heather) and Darin R. Kinder (Heather); his brother Kenneth Kinder (Beverly); and the mother of his children Donna R. Kinder. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Hanover County Sheriff's Office Foundation, P.O. Box 40, Hanover, Va. 23069, in Don's memory.
